London & Paris on behalf of Strand Street Properties Limited purchased the

former Bank of England Branch premises and the adjacent office building let to Lloyds Bank in Wine Street from the Bank of England.

A master plan was created in close collaboration with Bristol City Council and English Heritage to develop a 450,000 sq ft mixed use scheme, recreating what was deemed the 'Lost Quarter' of the old medieval City around St Mary le Port Church and Castle Park incorporating offices, retail and heritage redevelopment.
