LUCRUM

Lucrum Holdings were appointed by the Congregation of the Sisters of Nazareth to work as consultant partner with The Care Village Group, a care village provider to secure a planning consent for this 7.5 acre site adjacent to the River Thames near Syon Park.

 

The site comprised a 30 bed care home and 166 assisted living and extra care units with a mixture of new build units and conversion of the existing listed buildings on this histroic river frontage site.

 

Planning consent was gained in September 2008 following extensive negotiations with Hounslow Borough Council and implemented in 2011.
