Commercial development has, in the past, been the mainstay of the Company’s work.
Over the past few years however, with the emergence of the ‘change of use’ sector where former offices have been converted to residential use, the strength of the residential market in prime Central London and the decline in the commercial market, Lucrum has carried out a number of residential projects.
These projects are highlighted here along with some examples of private home developments, larger schemes carried out on a joint venture basis for volume housebuilders in mixed use schemes and a project within the care village sector where development advice was provided to a Catholic Order of Sisters for a high profile site in Isleworth, Middlesex.
