After graduating from The University of Greenwich Chris began his career working for Cluttons on the Crown Estate’s West End portfolio. In 1987 he joined London & Paris, the privately owned developer/ investor, becoming a Director in 1991 and Chief Executive from 1995. London & Paris evolved into Lucrum Holdings in 2007 upon the retirement of the founding directors.
Chris has extensive market contacts and access to opportunities in both the commercial and residential sectors. He has experience of a wide range of financing structures and joint venture arrangements.
Chris is married with 3 children. He is also a director of Surrey Cricket Club and property advisor for The Oval.
Max has been with Lucrum Holdings since 2001 and as a director since 2008. He shares the overall responsibility for the company’s residential, commercial and leisure schemes with managing director, Chris Dymond.
Max studied architecture at Newcastle and Kingston Universities and qualified as an architect in 1998 having worked for TP Bennett and as an associate at Hurley Robertson Associates on office and residential projects before joining Lucrum Holdings to design, manage and deliver the ongoing development projects. Max is also responsible for the sourcing and assessment of new development opportunities.
Max is married with 3 children. He is also a liveryman of the Haberdasher’s Company where he is a member of the Property Committee.
